MTInspectNet© has been designed as a continuation of MTI's focus on providing a "paperless" product. MTInspectNet allows customers who utilize MTI's services several hundred times a month the ability to view completed MTI damaged cargo inspection reports, photographs and any other relevant documents from their very own website.
Your site will feature security-enhanced encryption to ensure data integrity. It will also feature a searchable index which will allow you to quickly and easily search for specific reports based on the Pro Numbers, MTI Report Numbers, Inspection Dates, Shippers' Names and Consignees' Names. Of course, as with any good product or service, MTInspectNet is fully customizable, meaning that we can tailor it to your business' needs should you require additional search fields.
MTInspectNet promises to provide you with considerable "in-house" cost savings because it eliminates the need to handle, file and retrieve paper reports and photographs. Claims adjusters will no longer need to search files or wait for copies of inspection reports from terminals. They will simply go to your website and within 30 seconds be viewing the report they need. Further, the statistical data available with the use of MTInspectNet can be extremely helpful in reducing future claims you might otherwise incur by allowing you to see how many inspection reports have been completed for certain shippers within any date range. Other possible statistics include inspections completed for the same shipper to the same consignee and (if your pro-numbers designate a local terminal) for inspections completed at a certain terminal for specific a shipper or consignee.
This new service is a perfect match for our Single Source Service© program developed last year and is the continuation of our paperless reporting service introduced in selected markets last year.
