This is the initial log-in screen you will see when accessing MTInspectNet. This is the first level of security and ensures that only those with the proper user names and passwords will gain access to the system and your images.
The next screen you will see displays icons for the MTI Phone & Fax Number List as well as icons for the On-Line Electronic Inspection Assignment Form and the Information Request Form. Below those is the hyperlink which displays the list of available queries for your company.
After clicking on the Extensive Search Query link you are given the form shown above. From this point you can search the database by Pro Number, Inspection Date, Consignee Name or Shipper Name. The beauty of the query is that you can provide as much or as little information as you want. If part of your pro number designates an originating terminal, then simply enter that part of the pro number and click Find. Links to all of the indexed images for that specific terminal will be displayed within seconds! You now also have the ability to search by Inspection Date ranges which can be extremely helpful in tracking the number of inspections performed for a specific Consignee or Shipper within a certain period of time!
