Use our existing assignment page (or) Use the new dispatching/report delivery system
MTI is proud to announce the development of a new dispatching, tracing and report completion/delivery system. At this time, you can choose to request your inspection assignment with the old request form or through the new system.
Requesting your assignment with the existing
system will route it through our dispatch system as before and you will receive
your completed inspection report and photographs directly from the local
inspector.
Requesting your
assignment through our new system will automatically create a new record in our
database and create a unique tracking number, which can be used at any time to
track the status of your assignment. As your assignment is handled, the
system will automatically update the status so that you will know exactly what
is being done. Further, the inspector will be able to send update notes
through the system to automatically keep everyone up-to-date. When
completed, our system will automatically generate an email notifying you the
report and photos are ready for viewing, printing or downloading
At time of request you will
also have the option of choosing the method of final report delivery. We
can deliver the report as an Adobe "All-in-One" file with the report and photos
embedded into a single Adobe file. There is also the option to receive the
report as an Adobe file with the photos as individual jpg files. Finally,
you can receive a hybrid of both with the email containing an "All-in-One" file
as well as individual jpg photos.

You'll be re-directed to www.mti-inspections.com where you can enter your company name in the top field of the middle column and press Enter. This will then display an assignment page that looks much the same as you're used to seeing.
